Today we're launching DeedPlatform, a white-label deed-transfer portal, built by the team at 50deeds, that lets estate planning attorneys and financial advisors offer deed transfers under their own brand. Clients places order online via each firm's custom subdomain, and they're recorded in any county in the country.
What DeedPlatform does
DeedPlatform gives your firm its own branded ordering portal at a custom subdomain, such as yourfirm.deedplatform.com, with your logo and colors. You send clients the link. They place the order, pay and track progress there. Our team handles drafting, attorney review and county recording.

Built for how trust funding actually works
Clients describe the goal and the portal picks the deed. Clients don't need to know what a quitclaim deed is. They say what they want in plain language, such as "put my house in my trust" or "move the rental from my LLC to my trust." DeedPlatform works out the right transfer from who is on each side.
Individuals, trusts and companies on either side. The platform handles every combination of individual, trust and company as grantor or grantee. That includes trust funding, retitling LLC-owned property and moving property between entities.
State and county requirements are handled. Each deed is prepared for the rules of the state and county where it's recorded, including transfer-tax exemption statements, required forms and formatting.
A licensed attorney reviews every deed before it goes to the county.
Clients can upload the prior deed. If they have their current recorded deed, they attach it to the order. If they don't, we pull it.
Sign-in without passwords, and clear status updates. Clients sign in with a link sent to their email, and they get an email at each of six stages from order to recorded deed. That means fewer "where is my deed?" calls to your office.
All 50 states and more than 3,000 counties
Your clients' property isn't always in your state: a lake house in Michigan, a condo in Florida, a rental in Arizona. DeedPlatform records in all 50 states and more than 3,000 recording counties. One portal and one process cover every property in the plan.
Pricing you control
Clients pay a single service fee plus the county's recording fees. You set your firm's markup, anywhere from $0 to $500 per order. After the deed is recorded, your share is paid automatically to your connected Stripe account. There are no invoices to chase and no reconciliation.
Some firms add a markup to create a new revenue line. Others set it to $0 and offer the portal as a value-add that makes sure every plan gets funded. It's your choice.

For firms with their own systems
DeedPlatform includes a partner API with signed webhooks, so you can create orders and receive status updates in your own case management tools. Sensitive data is handled carefully: Social Security numbers are passed through and never stored, and all documents are kept in private, access-controlled storage.
Two ways to work with us
Existing 50deeds clients can keep ordering the way they do now. Use the 50deeds Client Portal when you want to place orders yourself and handle signing and notarization in your office. Use your DeedPlatform portal when you'd rather hand clients a branded link and let them order and arrange signing on their own. Many firms use both.
